SB Building Supplies does not take payment through this website. You call or text (909) 709-1329, we confirm stock and price, and you pick up by appointment at 336 S Waterman Ave, Unit R, San Bernardino, CA 92408. Refunds and returns are handled the same way — by phone/text with us — not through an online portal.
Inspect before you leave
Please check color, quantity, and condition at pickup before you load and leave. That is the best time to catch mix-ups (wrong color, damaged packaging we can swap, count errors).
Economy / factory-second items
Economy and factory-second materials (including Class 3 economy architectural shingles) are sold as described — value-priced goods that may not be first-quality. Because of that, returns are limited unless we sold you the wrong item, miscounted, or the goods were not what we agreed when you booked pickup. We do not advertise manufacturer warranties on this site for those items.
How to request a refund or exchange
- Call or text (909) 709-1329 as soon as you notice a problem.
- Tell us what you bought, when you picked up, and what is wrong (photos by text help).
- We will tell you whether we can exchange, store credit, partial refund, or another fair fix — case by case.

What we usually cannot refund
- Change of mind after you have installed or cut materials
- Normal characteristics of economy / factory-second grade that were disclosed when you bought
- Damage that happened after materials left our warehouse in your care
Wrong item or our error
If we gave you the wrong product, the wrong quantity, or something that does not match what we confirmed by phone, contact us promptly. We will make it right — typically exchange or refund for the affected portion.
Payment method
Refunds, when approved, go back through the same method you paid with when practical (for example cash refund for a cash sale). Timing depends on how you paid and when we can meet at the warehouse.
