Appointment-only pickup
Warehouse pickup is by appointment only. Please do not arrive unannounced. Call or text to reserve a window and confirm what you are buying.
Product condition (economy / factory seconds)
Some items — including Class 3 economy architectural shingles — are sold as economy grade or factory seconds. They are described that way on the site when applicable. Inspect materials at pickup. We do not invent or pass along manufacturer warranties on this website. Any warranty questions about branded goods (for example flooring) should be discussed with us when you buy; do not assume a manufacturer warranty applies unless we confirm it in writing or at sale.
